Henrikh Mkhitaryan has joined AS Roma from Premier League side Arsenal on a season long loan deal.
Heronationblog gathers that as part of the loan deal, Roma will be covering majority of his wages which amounts to £10million for one year.
Mkhitaryan has failed to make it into the starting XI for Unai Emery’s team and his departure will also create room for three U23s Nelson Niles, Smith Rowe and Saka whom were graduated into the first team this season.
It is also understood that there is no option to buy, although both clubs will be willing to negotiate a permanent deal if his time there is a success
In his spell at Arsenal, Mkhitaryan made 56 appearances and scored 9 goals and he also have the record of been the first player to make an hat-trick of assists in his first Premier League appearance for Arsenal.
