Court gives Biodun Fatoyinbo and Busola Dakolo 14 days ultimatum to appear before court as Busola Dakolo insists the rape has affected her sex life

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has informed the Founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly COZA, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo and Wife of Musician Mrs Busola Dakola to appear in court within 14 days.

It is recalled that in June, Busola Dakolo during an interview with Y!Naija alleged that she was raped by Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo 20 years ago which the was denied by the Pastor.

Federal High Court Abuja orders Busola Dakolo and Pastor Fatoyinbo to appear within 14 days. Case has been charged to court by the Nigerian Police.

Mrs Dakolo said that the pastor’s June 28th press release “upset her with emotional damage” even affected her marital sex life
and she wants Court to hear how her SEX LIFE was ruined by Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo and how Fatoyinbo’s press release affected her.

According to the Spokesman Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, he insisted has the Pastor has not been served with any civil suit papers.

It was also gathered that Timi Dakolo will to cut his UK trip to make sure the destruction of his wife’s marital sex life is filed properly for the 14 day deadline.
